Returns


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery please return it to us in its originally packaging, and ensure that items are suitable protected, by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please do this within 14 days of receipt stating whether you require an exchange or a refund. We will be happy to make a refund or an exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of earrings in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

Exchanges or credit notes are available for items returned after 14 days. If the items are faulty the refund will cover the cost of the item and that of the original postage and packaging and of the postage incurred by you when returning the item.

For bespoke items of jewellery alterations and repairs are free of charge up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or an exchange on bespoke pieces.
